Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location.

International Shipping:
Yes, we ship beyond Australia! Your final shipping fee will appear at checkout. Costs vary by country, and any local duties or taxes are paid by you.


Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@towelly.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or error

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the item is received and assessed.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
